A company viewed by young entrepreneurs came to Mexico to revolutionize the traditional way of drinking tequila.

Blue agave harvested in the highlands of Jalisco and aged in French white oak barrels that are used temporarily to rest the liquor, this liquor has the feature to take some fruit or woody essences, giving personality and character, white, aged and sedate only equated with the generations, the young, white tequila, strong and fresh, stale, strong woody, no aftertaste, and rested the barrel tones, vanilla and sweet with the passage of time.

 


Milagro Tequila is not only to change the concept of the bartender, but also change the image of tequila and its consumers. They want to erase the stigma of drunk, drink poor quality can only drink mixed with soda and pure, but accompanied by a lemon and salt to calm the discomfort caused by the intake of that liquor.

THE TEQUILA

 

The Tequila is a Aguardiente produced in a small region of Mexico, by distilling fermented heart obtained from a plant known as the "Blue Agave". At the heart of the plant, resembling a giant pineapple, is also called "Mezcal" which in Nahuatl means "the house of the moon" to mean the heart, the essence, the heart, etc..

ELABORATION

 

The production of tequila agave growing part of the Territory of Denomination of Origin, DOT. The first task is the selection of the species suckers * Agave "TEQUILANA WEBER" blue variety to be planted only in the TDO, area protected by the General Declaration of Protection of the Appellation of Origin; these suckers must be disease free and a height of approximately 50 cm.
